I'd had this idea about using Logic 7's pitch to midi conversion in the worst way possible for some time. Basically to use instruments that by their nature are tonally inaccurate to generate midi which I would turn into all manner of horrors.

I played fretless bass and Geof Banyard Played Trombone. We both occasionally added vocals

And then the midi generated mess (along with the parts) was put through instruments and turned into this.

All midi is made from the instruments and vocals, the only programming is in the fading in and out of parts to create dynamics
